This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how Xtreetwear processes, ships, and delivers customer orders.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, sales, or promotional periods may require additional processing time.
Order-processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
Shipping Destinations
Available shipping destinations will be displayed during checkout.
Xtreetwear reserves the right to restrict delivery to certain countries, regions, postal codes, or addresses.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination, selected shipping method, parcel weight, and order value.
Free-shipping promotions may be subject to minimum-order values, geographical restrictions, or selected products.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout or provided in your order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur because of:
- Shipping-carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Public holidays
- Severe weather
- Incorrect delivery information
- High order volumes
- Events outside our reasonable control
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent by email after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the shipping carrier receives the parcel.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an address error, contact info@xtreetwear.com immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has started.
Additional shipping charges may apply when an order is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete information, refused delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges.
Unless stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Xtreetwear does not control customs processing times or customs charges.
Split Shipments
Products from the same order may sometimes be shipped separately. In this case, you may receive multiple parcels or tracking numbers.
Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, first review the tracking information provided by the carrier.
If the tracking has not updated for an extended period or the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us at info@xtreetwear.com.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If tracking confirms delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, please check with household members, neighbours, reception staff, and nearby safe locations.
Xtreetwear is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided during checkout, except where required by applicable law.
Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel or product arrives damaged, contact us promptly and include your order number and clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and damaged product.
Please keep the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
