Return & Refund Policy

At Xtreetwear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return according to the conditions below.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Return requests submitted after the 14-day period may not be accepted unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Be returned in its original condition
  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging
  • Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other marks
  • Include valid proof of purchase or an order number

Xtreetwear reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are generally not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged products
  • Products returned without their original tags
  • Items restricted from return for hygiene reasons

This does not affect your rights regarding products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at info@xtreetwear.com and provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The product you want to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photographs if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not return any product before receiving return instructions from our customer-support team.

Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning a product because of incorrect size selection, fit, personal preference, or a change of mind.

Xtreetwear will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs when we confirm that the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the complete order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions.

We will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be approved, including when:

  • The product shows signs of use
  • The product is returned without original packaging or accessories
  • The product is damaged for reasons not caused by Xtreetwear
  • The product is returned after the stated return period
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product, colour, and size availability.

To request an exchange, contact us at info@xtreetwear.com.

In some cases, you may be asked to return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly and provide your order number along with clear photographs of:

  • The affected product
  • The product tags and labels
  • The shipping parcel
  • The shipping label
  • Any visible damage to the packaging

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing or are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled through the standard return process.

Sale Items

Sale products may be returned unless they are clearly marked as final sale.

Final-sale products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you have received a refund confirmation but the amount has not appeared in your account, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your debit or credit card provider
  • Contact your bank or payment provider

Refunds may take additional time to be officially processed and displayed.
